Born and raised in Greenville, SC, M.C. Davis is a pianist, singer, composer, and artist. After two decades of serving in the United States Navy, he has leaned back into his creative roots and passion for writing thoughtful solo piano music. His music career professionally started in 2020, with his debut album Beautiful Melancholy. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, M.C. Davis has found true compassion in returning to the composition of piano music, which has led him down the path of publishing his works on social media such as Spotify, Amazon Music, iTunes, and others. His music is thought-provoking, meditative, and embodies a simple Zen curiosity with every angle of notes played. M.C. Davis has been passionate about the piano and music since childhood, and his love for music composition has been the defining moment for many of his life choices. After being accepted to the prestigious Fine Arts Center during his high school career, he knew that his life would always revolve around music. All of M.C. Davis' solo piano recordings are produced in Seattle, WA at the Piano Studio recording studio where each track is engineered and mastered by Martin Buff. When M.C. Davis is not writing music, he enjoys traveling, connecting with his tribe, and all aspects of cybersecurity and technology. He currently resides in Santa Fe, NM and owns a cybersecurity firm.
